Rhiannon Broomfield is a senior arts, design and cultural-sector leader with more than 20 years’ experience across Australia and the UK. Based in Melbourne, she combines expertise in strategic communications, public relations and marketing with a strong track record in partnerships, stakeholder engagement and governance.

Her career has taken her from corporate boardrooms and international auction houses to some of the world’s leading cultural institutions. She works with organisations and leaders to articulate their vision, strengthen their public profile, build meaningful relationships and communicate with clarity and impact.

Rhiannon has led strategic, high-impact campaigns for a diverse range of clients and collaborators, including Monash University Museum of Art | MUMA, TarraWarra Museum of Art, D Lan Galleries, Christie’s, Bonhams, The Jewish Museum, Art Gallery of South Australia, National Gallery of Victoria, Melbourne Art Foundation, MPavilion and the Naomi Milgrom Foundation, Grace Papers, Microsoft, Reuters, Studio Ongarato, Hassell, M&C Saatchi, The Unconformity and Mick Fleetwood.

Having completed a Diploma of Governance through the Institute of Community Directors Australia, Rhiannon brings an informed understanding of governance, organisational culture, risk and stakeholder accountability to her advisory work. She is also a member of the Boroondara Arts Advisory Committee.

Alongside her communications practice, Rhiannon is an ICF Associate Certified Coach specialising in ADHD and an Australian mentor with Art Market Mentors, supporting emerging professionals and the next generation of creative-sector leaders.
